The product warranty from the official importer – the warranty for the products, their supply, quality, nature, durability, and capabilities applies to the manufacturers of the products and in accordance with the warranty certificates attached to each product purchased through the website.

The purchasers on the website declare that they are aware of this matter and that there will be no claim against the owners of the website in connection with this.

When placing an order on the website, the customer will be required to enter the following details into the system: postal code, first name, last name, company name, telephone, city, e-mail, and payment details. We undertake to store the information provided to us in a secure manner. We also undertake not to disclose or transfer any information we have (including personal details and credit card) to another, except for information required for placing orders on the website.

The prices on the Flymac website include VAT and shipping.

Cancellation of purchase: You can cancel the purchase of a product up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The cancellation is made only by a written message sent to support@flymac.co.il. If the product has been supplied, the buyer is required to return the product to the suppliers with its original packaging provided the product has not been used or damaged. The cancellation fees are at a rate that does not exceed 5% of the product price. A customer who requests to return a product, if the product has been delivered to the shipping company and/or delivered to the customer, then the shipping fee (round trip + return) will be added to the cancellation fee.

Delivery time: The delivery time for all products listed on the website is 7 business days unless otherwise stated. In exceptional cases, there may be delays in the shipment due to its arrival from abroad, in which case we will notify the customer in writing of the delay, and will continue to update him until the product is with him. The products are delivered to the customer by an external courier company. Any claim against the courier or the company should be made with them and not with us. We do not take responsibility for the behavior of the couriers.

CONDITIONS WHEN PURCHASING AN INSINKERATOR

The warrenty is as follows:

Insinkerator  66 – 4 year warrenty

Insinkerator evolution 100  – 5 year warrenty

Insinkerator evolution 200  – 6 year warrenty

Insinkerator evolution 250  – 8 year warrenty

For the first 2 years Flymac pays for both service fee and product parts. After 2 years fly pays for product parts and the customer pays for service fee.
